For People who didn't know what is Feedburner service?
Feedburner is Basically a web service that automatically publishes the latest blog articles to the subscriber's email, using the RSS technology (RSS means "Really Simple Syndication").
If you're a blogger and using the FollowByEmail widget, the people that they subscribed to your blog, they actually receiving your articles feed by the RSS technology and the role of FeedBurner is to make that receiving automatically.
Why Blogger has stopped the FollowByEmail widget?
Talking About that, personally, I received the news (from a blog that I follow) as a feed to my Email with the same RSS technology that we talked about above. But the news is not totally correct, when I checked out the subject Thoughtfully I have found that FeedBurner service will not be completely closed,
but they just will making some updates on their platform, (maybe adding some new tools or changing their "Stone Age" user interface), we don't know exactly at this time.
What we know so far is starting in July the new email subscriptions and the auto-sharing of your feeds will be suspended until another notice. But, if you have too many subscribers and worry about losing them, you can download your subscriber's Emails to your device and then upload them to one of the Feedburner alternatives.. if your blog doesn't have subscriber's yet, then just wait for a new update.

How to download a backup of your Subscribers Emails on Feedburner?
- Go to feedburner.com to open your account.
- Click on your blog name.
- From the "Analyse" tab go to subscribers.
- Scroll down to find Export, and then download your suitable file format (Exel or CSV).
